Artist Bio & CV

Zuzu - AKA Elinor Trier - is a neuroqueer AuDHD artist, writer, podcaster, YouTuber, dopamine dealer, and founder of Zuzu’s Haus of Cats, where she creates artwork that reminds you that you're not the 'odd one out', you're 'one of a kind’.

In an era where neurodivergent and queer identities are gaining visibility but still face widespread misunderstanding, Zuzu's artwork serves as a colourful bridge between worlds. Her paintings, filled with hidden symbolism, are sparking conversations in living rooms across the globe, challenging societal norms one canvas at a time. Her paintings don't just hang on walls - they're becoming rallying points for those seeking to reclaim their narratives and celebrate their unique perspectives. As society grapples with questions of identity and belonging, Zuzu is on a mission to paint a world where being different isn't just okay - it's downright fabulous.

Zuzu’s artwork is in private collections worldwide, and her ideas have been featured in multiple publications, including books such as the Nautilus Silver Award-winning Creatrix: She Who Makes (Womancraft Publishing) and The Financial Times Guide to Business Networking (FT Publishing International), and podcasts such as Square Peg, What Works, The HSP & Neurodivergent Podcast, and Flaunt Your Fire. She is a board member of IMMART: International Migration Meets the Arts, and a passionate neurodivergence advocate - speaking regularly on the topic to groups all over the world.

She reads ten books a week (the only hint of savant-ism her autism has given her), snorts when she laughs (it’s adorable!), and might actually be a pile of cats in a sparkly trench coat.
