What are you organising?
Between 2018 and 2023, I ran a business called Eli Trier Communities where I helped the people I dubbed “Quiet Revolutionaries” with networking and community building.
Every week I wrote a newsletter called The Sunday Letter.
This is one of my favourite issues…

It is important
that you see this.
It is important that you feel
this.”

Hey lovelies
Do you want to change the world?
There's one thing all my clients have in common - they want to make a difference in the world.
I live for these glorious, generous, brilliant, big-hearted women. They are experts at what they do, and they have enormous, outrageous dreams about making the world a better place.
But often, they find themselves held back. Their very real limitations in terms of mental and physical health issues collide with their fear of visibility, or introversion, or just the desire for the whole world to go away so they can nap, or make art, or walk in the woods.
They crave a peaceful, gentle existence, but they also want to be powerful change-makers.
They're averse to 'hustle mentality', but they still want their work to make a massive impact.
They want ease and free time and white space, but without sacrificing their momentum.
They are the quiet revolutionaries.
I was having a conversation on Instagram earlier this week about inclusion, diversity and racism, and we talked about how revolutions begin...
First, there's a tiny trickle. One person made aware of a problem, one mind opened, one person compelled to change their behaviour.
Then, another tiny trickle.
Then, another, and another, and another, until all those seemingly insignificant trickles join up and become a flood.
That's when the tipping point occurs and real change happens.
And that first trickle? It can be quiet and gentle. A single passionate voice.
Peaceful and powerful. One does not negate the other.
A trickle can become a flood.
What's your revolution?
A revolution can be something as huge as fighting racism, or ridding the world of plastic, or smashing the patriarchy - or it can be more humble, like creating a company hiring policy based on trust and friendship, or persuading people to have more meaningful conversations.
How would you like to overthrow the status quo? I'd love it if you replied to this email to tell me what change you'd like to make in the world.
Have a fantastic week!
Lots of love and gratitude
Eli xx
