Imagine a place right on the edge of the harbour, in the centre of the city, where you can eat whatever you like, plus there’s live DJs and a cow-shaped disco ball. Ahh, that was Papirøen (aka Copenhagen Street Food), and when I wasn’t living it up at Palae Bar (///hushed.sticky.grab), then I was here. It no longer exists and it breaks my heart every time I pass that spot on the harbour. What a magical, musical place.
